Everything was amazing. As a disabled veteran, everything was so convenient. The young lady on duty today, Ms. Amber assisted today so openly, cheerful and motivated. I live about 25 miles from Cyclone Laundry. I will gladly travel to this business. It is very clean and safe. The machines are always available. It smells great in there, they have tables for you to sit and wait for your clothes to be done with wi-fi availability and also TV. It’s a great experience. There is always someone there for any questions that you may have. I highly recommend.

Nicest laundromat we've ever been in. Felt very safe and not sketch at it all. In a good area, very clean, and had great conversation with the owner. We're from out of town, so was a little nervous about finding a laundromat, but you won't be disappointed here.

I have been a customer here for over 5 years !! Family owned, and operated!! Customer service at its best !!! The place is cleaned, well maintained, I witness them cleaning machines and dryers!! Safe environment to be in day or night !! Great job Cyclone owners and staff !!!

Clean facility, lots of seating with tables and chairs too. Clean bathrooms too. Big 60lb capacity washers $7, dryers are $2/30 min. Need to buy card ($1) to put money on, so bummer if you're not a regular, but worth it for the quality of place. Stopped in 2 other pretty dingy laundromats in town before finding this one. Free wifi access.

During our week-long stay in Baton Rouge, we discovered that our Airbnb lacked a washer and dryer. Consequently, I needed to find a reliable and enjoyable laundromat in the area. I searched for locations with positive reviews on Yelp to assist with this. I eventually found a highly-rated laundromat where an employee named Ferry provided guidance on operating the machines and offered several recommendations for local dining options. The level of customer service I received was outstanding, which contributed to a positive overall experience. I plan to complete my laundry before departing from the area.

We chose Cyclone because it had the best reviews around. We were not disappointed. Very welcoming staff that was ready to help us get started. Very clean environment, lots of washer & dryers available and very good value for money. I would definitely recommend.

A little pricey, but absolutely worth it! I have visited 3 times while in Baton Rouge on business. Every time I have been treated by friendly, professional staff. They tell you 24 hour turn around, but every time I have dropped off my laundry, I have gotten the text message informing me my clothes are ready for pick up within just a few hours! When I do pickup my clothes, they are very neatly folded in a paper bag, with string handles, & the ticket taped to the bag for easy ID. Wonderful system.

We felt very welcomed when we walked in. They have plenty of washers (20lbs, 40lbs, 60lbs) and dryers. They also offer drop-off laundry service. All the machines are electric pay and so you will need to purchase a card. This place was great for our traveling family. A large lot for our 26' Class C RV too!

I go to Cyclone every year to wash very large winter blankets, comforters, and rugs. The people are very helpful, it's very clean, and there are lots of washing machines that take up to 20 and 40 lbs. The washers and large dryers are fast; I washed and dried 8 large blankets and comforters, and was in and out in under an hour.
